Sir,

This is with reference to the Consultancy assignment for “Development of a Wastewater Master Plan and
Development of an Integrated Urban Water Resilience Plan (RFP No: DWSWP/QCBS-02)”. As per the
contract, the commencement of services to take place Fourteen days after the date of signing of contract i.e.,
from March 14, 2023.

However, it is to humbly submit that due to the ongoing Festive holidays in India and coming long holidays in
Tajikistan in the month of March, we are unable to mobilize our team within this period, which includes both
international and national experts.

In view of above, we request you to kindly consider the project commencement date from April 01, 2023. We
assure you that our team will be present at your office on April 01, 2023 for the commencement of services and
to take up the assignment further as per the project schedule.
