 Worked as a Sales Support Executive in NIIT Imperia from Nov 2007 to Nov

 Worked as a Admin Assistant in Mainak Hills Tea Estate from the year 2004 to 2007.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
 A high performing sales team support executive/Coordinator act as a glue that will
keep all of the sales team working together. As someone who operates with a sense of
urgency and discipline at all times. Responsible for serving as a primary liaison
between the sales department, marketing staffs, senior managers and the rest of the
company. Duties like submitting quotes, tracking orders, solving customer issues and
providing information about products. Sales orientation, teamwork, customer service
skills, excellent communication abilities, technical expertise, and computer
competencies.

Job Profile
 Thorough support to Sales Team.
 Researching and sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes with pricing, capabilities,
turnaround times, and quality of work, negotiating contracts, managing
relationships, assigning jobs, evaluating performance, and ensuring payments
are made on time.
 Initiation/ closer of Purchase order for Procurement.
 Managing and coordination of Field Events like RTMs/CMEs.
 Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important
documents and communicating relevant information.
 Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
 Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present
reports
 Handle the processing of credit Notes with accuracy and timeliness.

 Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.


 Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose
improvements.
 Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
 Ensure adherence to laws and policies and SOPs/Compliance.
