CONTRACT NULLIFICATION AGREEMENT

This Contract Nullification Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of 19-Aug-21 by and
between Bit Canny Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Bit Canny") and Prabhakar Adak ("Associate Software
Engineer").

WHEREAS, Bit Canny and Developer entered into an agreement on 19-Aug-2021 (the "Original
Agreement") for Developer to provide services to Bit Canny;

WHEREAS, Bit Canny and Intern have mutually agreed to nullify and terminate the Original Agreement so
that the Developer can accept employment with Rently Software Development Pvt Ltd;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, Bit
Canny and Developer agree as follows:

1. Nullification of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement, entered into on 19-Aug-2021, is

hereby nullified and terminated in its entirety.
2. No Further Obligations. As a result of the nullification of the Original Agreement, neither Bit
Canny nor Developer will have any further obligations or responsibilities to each other under the
Original Agreement.
3. No Claims or Disputes. Each party hereby releases the other party from any and all claims,
demands, causes of action, or disputes arising out of or in connection with the Original
Agreement, including any claims for damages, costs, fees, expenses, or other relief.
4. Confidentiality. The parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement confidential and not to
disclose them to any third party except as required by law.
5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the state of West Bengal.
6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or
understandings, whether oral or written.
7. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed
an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
