NOTICE TO QUIT
I am writing to officially notify you that, in accordance with the terms of your lease agreement
dated 12/12/2018, your tenancy of the property N0.20 Olufemi peter’s Ave, Isheri, Lagos, will
be terminated effective 12/10/2022. This decision has been reached due to violation of terms.

You are hereby required to quit and give up possession of the property, which you currently
occupy, from June 5, 2021 until date at the following address on or before December 2, 2023:

N0.20 Olufemi peter’s Ave, Isheri, Lagos.

It has been observed that you have been engaged on illegal activities in the premises.

Furthermore, you are required to pay up the following outstanding debts:

1. N15,000 electricity bill
2. N100, 000 arrears in rent
3. N10, 000 Lawman bill

If you fail to pay all your outstanding bills and vacate the premises, the property owner shall
explore other means of peaceful ejection and a lawsuit will be instituted against you to recover
all outstanding bills.

Mark Atunde Adio the Owner, do hereby give you notice that unless peaceable possession of
the room and parlor apartment with appurtenances thereto, situate at N0.20 Olufemi peter’s
Ave, Isheri, Lagos which were held of the said Administrators to the Estate of late the Owner,
Mark Atunde Adio under a tenant will which was determined by a notice to quit 31 st December
2022, and which premises are now held over and detained by you, be given to the above
mentioned owner on or before Seven Clear days from the service of this notice, I Ogunbode
Demilade Flourish Esq shall on Sunday, the 7th day of January, 2024, apply to the Magistrate
