Protect the company's assets and property and preserve the lives of employees by
applying security and safety rules and implementing instructions and directives related
to that with employees and customers alike.

J Key Duties and Tasks:

1. Securing buildings and employees by facilitating patrols inside and outside the facility or on foot

e 2. Record all visitor data, including the visitor's entry and exit time

c 3. Monitor equipment, buildings and access points

i 4. Prevent loss and damage by reporting any risks immediately before they occur

t 5. Organizing the entry and exit of employees, drivers and visitors inside the facility
i
o 6. Regulating vehicle traffic, loading/unloading inside and outside the facility
n
s 7. Recording all vehicle data, plate numbers and the time of entry and exit of vehicles, including
company vehicles
8. Inspecting vehicles leaving the warehouse randomly to ensure that the vehicle driver has all
documents related to shipments
9. To be keen on the provisions of closing the security lock of the vehicle and to record the serial
number in the vehicle departure record
10. To be careful to lock the doors of the facility in the absence of any loading / downloading activities
11. Ensure that the shift of the second period is received and delivered in a professional and practical
manner without delay
12. Adhere to the uniform
13. Non-employees are not allowed to enter the facility without a permit
14. Inspection of staff leaving the warehouse when needed
15. Monitor cameras and report any suspicions or violations
