Management Plan
• OWNER - An owner refers to an individual or entity that possesses legal control and rights over a
business. Owners can be sole proprietors, partners, or shareholders, depending on the business
structure. They have the authority to make decisions, control assets, and bear the risks and rewards
associated with the business.
• CASHIER - A cashier is a person wherein he/she takes charge in transactions between customers. They
are also responsible for handling financial transactions. Their primary duties include receiving payments,
providing change, processing refunds, and ensuring the accuracy of transactions.
• COURIER - These are person from company or a business, whose job is to deliver the goods or package
to their designated location or place and make sure it arrives safely to the consumer.
• MASTER BAKER - A master baker is an individual with extensive expertise and skill in the art and
science of baking. This title is often reserved for highly experienced bakers who have mastered a wide
range of baking techniques, recipes, and methods.
• COOK- A cook is an individual skilled in preparing food by combining and cooking ingredients. Cooks
can work in various settings, and such.
• ADMIN & MARKING - Its roles includes responsibilities like organizing meetings, managing schedules,
handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of an
organization/business.
