Section 1: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Introduction

Ice cream cakes do not have to be complicated. They can be fun, simple and easily
done at home. Ice cream cakes can be almost any flavor or combination of flavors,
although I don't recommend using fruit in the ice cream, as it tends to be hard to eat
when frozen.

An ice cream cake is a delicious treat, combining two all-time favorites into one tasty
dessert. Many bakeries and creameries offer ready-made ice cream cakes, but nothing
compares to homemade versions. While it looks and tastes like a complicated dessert,
ice cream cake is actually quite easy to make.

We can start with a basic mango graham ice cream cake, and don't be ashamed to
use a box cake mix. Sponge works very well for ice cream cakes, too. We want to
make the cake in two layers. This can be done with two cake pans or by making one
cake and using a bread knife to slice it into two layers, trimming off any excess so that
there is no "dome" effect to the cake. The cake should be flat on top.

Section 2: PERSONAL DETAILS

Personal details of the proponents

The Business name, Dessert De Fourrage. In English, it means "Roughage

Dessert" . It's a healthy dessert that is fibrous indigestible material in vegetable
foodstuffs which aids the passage of food and waste products through the gut. We
translate roughage dessert in French, that is how we get the name Dessert De
Fourrage.
Section 3: OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS

I. Name of the Business (Logo and Tagline)

The logo of mango graham ice cream cake, shows our main product it offers as its
centerpiece- the mango graham ice cream cake. Furthermore, the mango graham
ice cream cake indicates sweetness and happiness. The mango ice cream graham
cake represents excitement, joy and satisfaction to our beloved customer.

The image of the logo represents the passion of the business owner. It represents
the love and care that they have with one another. Also the business purpose is to
have strong belief, love and guts characteristics that no matter what it takes still
give happiness or joy to others, that’s why our tagline is “Let’s bite to make our
day happy”.

II. Description of the Business Model

Mango graham ice cream cake is the sweet and healthy delicacies. We produce
this kind of product to the people who loves dessert and sweet foods. We can sell it
to people via social media or in our store so that we can have our income.

Section 4: BUSINESS PLAN PROPER

I. The Problem/Need
A. Description of the Exact Problem

According to Brian Hill conducted by Chron. The employees are the face
of the bakery to your customers and employees are one of the many problems
encountered in bakery business models. Employees who can't answer
questions about ingredients for the breads and cakes, about why your bakery is
better than the competition or why using real cream, eggs and butter creates a
superior product, results in lost sales.

Back of the house staff, those mixing and baking the cakes and pies can
inadvertently sabotage a bakery by not paying attention to ingredients and
measuring. Baking is a science, and exact portions are required for the products
to turn out consistently delicious.

B. Reasons/Rationale why the problem must be addressed by the

business.

This problem is happening at the other bakery

shops, so that our team researches the possible problems that
we will encounter when we build our business. Employees who
can't answer the ingredients that we are using in the product,
about why your bakery is better than the competition or why
using real cream, eggs and butter creates a superior product,
results in lost sales.

C. Description on how business has solved the problem

need

Train the staff by offering samples of properly prepared products. Post

ingredient lists where the sales staff can easily find them. Test employees on
their knowledge, but make it fun rather than drudgery. Make sure that all the
employees that we will hire are trained well for us to avoid these kinds of
situations. Use social media to develop a list of friends, groups and followers.
Announce specials, new breads and recipes through the social media sites as
well as on your bakery's blog or website. This idea will help our business to be
recognized by the people who love ice cream cake.
