TERM AND CONDITION

1. Service FTL – On Call with City limit area (CDD 4T/12M3, FUSO 8T/24M3)
2. Rates quoted are in IDR and valid for 14 days from day of quote
3. Above rates are exclude :
a. Exclude VAT 11%
b. Exclude loading / unloading cost SPSI
c. Exclude Packing and unpacking
d. Exclude insurance (0.5% from value with 5% deduction applied)
e. Exclude multidrop and multipickup charges
f. Exclude Parking on Modern Trade, Toll Fee, Gate Pass, Escort, Portal (if any)
g. Exclude offence fee (sanksi tilang) for overweight cargo
h. Exclude Pre-check Covid-19
4. Maximum liability IDR 2,000,000 / Trip
5. POD Return along with Invoice
6. Overnight charge :
- Charge 50% from rate/trip if fleet standby 12 hours from arrival
- Charge 100% from rate/trip if fleet standby 24 hours from arrival
7. Cancellation fee :
- Charge 50% from rate/trip if any departure from our pool
- Charge 100% from rate/trip if any arrived to customer side
8. Terms of payment 14 days
9. Order H-2 from pickup date with Subject to unit availability
10. Based on BBM price Rp 6,800/ L
11. RPX shall in no case be liable for any loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of market, loss of goodwill
or reputation, third party claims, incidental or special damages or indirect or consequential loss
of any kind
12. Rate subject to change refers to UMR, Inflation, Fuel increment due to Government Policy
13. Only for Genco / Non-DG, No Fragile and No OWOS (Over Weight, Over Size) Shipment
14. Ensure the cargo is packaging with properly and the location are available to accessed by moda
trucking stated on above
