Access Cards & Keys

Stop your car at the side of Tower B lobby (photo 1
yellow indicator), enter the lobby of Tower b, beside
Instea (photo 1 orange indicator), walk to the mail box
area (photo 2) and look for unit number 218B-25-06,
enter the lockcode 1-6-8 to get the access card and
keys.
Car Park & Car Park Fees
After you have taken the key, drive your car to the
building car park area for which the entrance is
located at the back of the building. Enter the
entrance with sign showing *residence only* (photo 1)

The parking lot is located on level 6 and lot number

05.

However, the drive up the designated car park is long,

and searching up the allocated parking lots could be
quite challenging, we advise to opt for parking at the
hotel basement car park available at the max rm35 per
night for better convenience (single entry, photo 2)
Access Cards
Use the access cards provided to get into tower b
from the car park (photo 1).

Use the access card to get to level 25 (photo 2).

YOUR UNIT IS AT LEVEL 25 LOT NUMBER 06.

Check Out Instructions
As a gentle reminder, our check-out is at 11am.
Before you leave, please ensure the followings
are done.
Switch off all the lights, fans, airconds and
water heater.
Ensure main door is locked.
Place back the access card and key into the
mailbox (218b-25-06)
Please take a photo of the key at the mailbox
and send to us via whatsapp +60103707253 or
+60164533300.
For agoda/booking.com guests, kindly whatsapp
us your bank account details at the group chat
created.
We will run a check on the apartment and
process the refund within 2 days after your
check out date, should there is no damage done
to the apartment.
