Morocco is a North African country with Rabat as its capital. It borders the Atlantic
Ocean to the west and the Mediterranean Sea to the north. It also shares land bor-
ders with Algeria to the east and Mauritania to the south.
Morocco is characterized by the presence of two main languages, Arabic and Ama-
zigh; where Arabic is the official language of the country and the language of the
Islamic religion, and is spoken by the majority of Moroccans, while the Amazigh
language is the original language of the indigenous people of Morocco, and is
spoken by many Moroccans, especially in mountainous and rural areas.
