1. The freedom we now enjoy was won through the sacrifice and bravery of many Filipinos, especially
our heroes. It is only right that we are aware of the various ways that Filipino nationalism can be
expressed at the moment. Respect for the Philippine Flag and appreciation for Filipino culture
Be a useful citizen.
Recognize the problems facing our nation.
Take pride in the accomplishments of all Filipinos.

2. Magna Carta for Public School Teachers serves as a guide to "utter" protection and freedom, away
from threats and terminations from the concerned authorities. If you are unaware of this law, you are
constantly threatened with being fired from your job if you break it by the administrators or anyone else
in a position of authority. Example: No person shall make any deduction whatsoever from the salaries of
teachers except under specific authority of law authorizing such deductions.
3. The main responsibilities teachers have to their students are outlined in a professional code of ethics,
along with the teachers' place in the lives of their charges. In the classroom and in their interactions with
parents and coworkers, teachers must, above all, act with integrity, impartiality, and ethics.
By setting a good example, teachers not only assist students in learning the fundamentals of their
academic subjects but also valuable life lessons. Teachers must abide by a code of ethics because they
are role models. Thus, a fair, sincere, and unwavering education is given to students. The main
obligations teachers have to their students are outlined in a professional code of ethics, along with the
teachers' place in the lives of their charges. In the classroom and in their interactions with parents and
coworkers, teachers must, above all, act with integrity, impartiality, and ethics.
4. The Civil Service Commission is charged with creating a career service and implementing policies to
advance the civil service's efficiency, integrity, responsiveness, and politeness. It is the central
government's personnel agency. including the recruitment and promotion of all Public School teachers
and employees.
5. One of the most important things a teacher can do is establish and maintain friendly relationships
with parents. With these, it would be simpler for the school to reach out to parents for support. Long-
term governance and a strong partnership are made possible by teachers and parents who have a
contractual relationship. Teachers also have the responsibility of informing parents of their children's
progress or shortcomings via the appropriate channels. He or she may hold parent-teacher conferences
to properly draw the parents' attention to the situation and ask for their support in achieving the
educational objectives for the student in question. They must also listen sympathetically and with
understanding to their parents' complaints. They must speak with the utmost candor and be completely
forthright, sincere, and open.
