Made by the Electoral Commission under section 74 of the House

of Assembly (Elections) Act, Chap. 2:01.

Short title.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the –

HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY
(ELECTIONS)(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS,
2022.

2. In these Regulations the House of Assembly (Elections) Interpretation.

Chap. 2:01.
Regulations are referred to as the “Principal Regulations”. Subsidiary.

3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended in Amendment of the

regulation 4.
subregulation (3) by deleting the figure “16” and substituting the
figure “66”.

4. The Appendix to the Principal Regulations is amended by Amendment of the

Appendix.
inserting the following new items immediately after item 16:
