First and foremost we are indebted to IRMA and our respected OTS (Organizational Training
Segment) co-coordinator Prof. Jayant Negi for giving us the wonderful opportunity to study
the organization and to have a feel of the organizational life for nearly two months and all the
faculties especially Prof. Nivedita Kotiyal, Prof. H. Panda and Prof. Nirlesh Kothari who
provided the timely support and encouragement during the preparatory session.
We are also equally thankful to Arthik Anusandhan Kendra for giving us such an opportunity
to learn and work with them. It’s really nice to work with such a grass root level organization
and having a glorified history of championing the cause of downtrodden and the marginalized
section of the society. We are thankful to all the sincere staffs of this organization and mostly
to Shri Hari Gobind Singh, Shri Harish Bharatdwaj, We feel very deep sense of gratitude for
our Reporting Officer to this project Mr. Dharmesh Singh whose advice and guidelines
helped us in understanding the real problem and provided us all the needed support.
