Remove the preassembled screws (IV-J1), spring washers (IV-J2) and washers (IV-J3) from the rear stabilizer (IV-C}. Step 2. Attach the rear stabilizer (IV-C) to the main frame (IV-A) with screws (IV¥~J1),. spring washers (IV-U2) and washers (IV-J3). ‘Step 3. Use a Smim Allen wrench to fasten screws firm. Too! Attach the rear stabilizer (|V-8) to the main frame (IV-A) with screws (IV-J1), spring washers (I\V-J2) and washers (IV-J3). Step 2. Use a Smim Allen wrench to fasten screws firm. FIGURE Z How to Keep the Machine Stable After the stabilizers are attached in (Figure 1 & Figure 2), check to see if the machine is stable. If the machine is ‘unstable, adjust the end caps to level f ‘the machine. ToolNeeded: = |V-B Sein Step 2. Place the central tube (IV-D) on the main frame (|V-A) and join them with screws (IV-J4) and washers (IV-J5) ‘Step 3. Use a 6m/m Allen wrench fo tighten _—1V-D2 screws (IV-J4) firm, ‘Step 4. Place the plastic cover (IV-D2) on the central tube (IV-D) and join them with the clip under the plastic cover (IV-D2). Tool Needed: ém/m 5 — FAKE D- FIGURE 3 : Central Tube Assembly Note: Additional assistance may be needed to help connect cables: and to stabilize central tube (IV-D). Step 1. Locate and connect cable (IV-A1) with cable (Iv-D1), ‘make sure connections are joined properly. Note: Be careful not to pinch wires while joining the central tube (IV-D) to the main frame (I\V-A). Z & FREE +t FIGURE 4 : Front Handle Bar AssembI: Step 1. Remove nuts (IV-J6) and washers (IV-J7) from the central tube (IV-D). Step 2. Join the handle bar (IV-E) assembly to the central tube (IV-D) using the same washer (IV-J7) and nut (IV-J6). Note: Pull the cable (I¥-D1) and the handle pulse sensor wires through the mounting hole of the handle bar (IV-E). Be careful not to pinch the wires. Step 9. Using a 13mm wrench to tighten nut {IV-J6) firm, Water Bottle Holder Assembly Step 1. Remove the screws (IV-J8) from the central tube (IV-D). Step 2. Using a screw driver, tighten water bottle holder (IV-L1) to central tube (IV-D) using the same screws (IV-J8). Tool Needed: screw driver mim 7 #13 FIGURE 5 : Console Assembly Step 1. Remove four screws (|\V-G1) on the back af the console (IV-G), Step 2. Connect cable (IV-D1 & IV-E1) and the handle pulse sensor wires to the console, The handle pulse sensor wires can be interchangeable, Step 3, Gently slide the console onto the console housing, Be aware of the wire location at all times to prevent any pinched wires. Push any extra wires back into the mounting hole of the handle bbar (IV-E). Side the console down until it cannot be pushed any furthe Step 4, Using a screw driver, tighten the console (IV-G) using the same screws (IV-G1). Tool Needed: screw driver 7 FIGURE 6 : Console Covers Assembly ‘Step 1. Remove two screws (|V-J9) on the central tube (IV-D). Step 2. Cannect the front plastic cover (IV-03) and the rear plastic caver (I'V-D4} to the central tue (IV-0)}. Step 3. Using a screw driver, tighten the two serews (IV-U9}. 5 _W-9 - Tool Needed: screw driver FIGURE 8 FIGURE 8 : Seat & Seat Tube Assembly Step 1. Remove nuts (IV-H1) and washes (|V-H2) on the back of the seat (IV-H) Step 2. Position seat (IV-H} onto the seat basement (IV-F 1} and tighten it using nuts (/V-H1) and washes (IV-H2). Step 3. Loosen the kneb (IV-A2) on the seat tube receiver and pull on the knob (1V-A2) to allow the seat tube (IV-F) to slide down receiver. ‘Once the seat tube (IV-F) is positioned in the desired location, release the knob (IV-A2) and tighten the knob to secure the seat tube (IV-F). Step 4, Remove screw (IV-J10) on the seat tube (IV-F} ‘Step 5. Loosen the knab (IV-F2) and gently slide the seat basement (IV-F1} onto the seat tube (I'V-F). Let the inside styrofoam slide out at the same time. Then screw back the same screw (IV-J10) ‘onto the seat tube (IV-F). Note. Do not take out the inside styrofoam until “FIGURE 6 - Step 5." to let the stopper (!V-F3) inside the seat basement set at the right position. Tool Needed: amym #13 How to Adjust Seat Position ‘Adjust the seat position and height of the bike by loosening knobs (IV-A2) and (IN/-F 2). Adjust both adjustments according to each rider's desired placement and then firmly tighten each knob to prevent the seat fram moving. FIGURE ? FIGURE 9 : Pedal Assembly Note: Locate the left & right pedals. There is a Left and Right mark on each pedal and each pedal strap to distinguishing them. Step 1, Tighten the left pedal (IV-K1) counter-clockwise to left crank arm and the right pedal (IV-K2) clockwise to right crank arm. Use a 15mm wrench te tighten each pedal as tight as possible. Step 2. Insert the pedal straps into each pedal. Adjust the steps pecording to the user's shoe size while ‘on the bike. Tool Needed; FIGURE 10 FIGURE 10 : How to Transport the Bike If the machine needs to be transported to a different location, lift up the rear stabilizer until the front transport wheels are touching the ground. You may now move to the desired location. After the move, gently set the machine down at its new location and adjust the stabilizers’ end caps to stabilize the machine if needed. WARNING: Never attempt to lift the bike by yourself, ask for additional help if needed and never attempt to lft the machine if you have any medical issues. PULSE The monitor will detect heart rage figures, when user hold on hand grip sensor or wear chest belt. The hand grip is priority. When the monitor cannot detect pulse signal, will display “P’. Power on To connect power supply to the monitor, the monitor will display all segments with a long beep for 2seconds. 780 LEVEL Programs with its corresponding LED will illuminated, user may press UP and DOWN to select preferred program (MANUAL>PROGRAM>USER>HRC WATT). Trainina mode 1, Training mode selection; 1-1 Manual mode User may preset their own resistance level from 1 to 16 by press UP or DOWN button, The default resistance level is from row one. The press mode to confirm setting, TIME : is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target training time from 00:00 to 99:00, Press MODE to confirm setting DISTANCE : is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target distance from 0,00-99.58. Press MODE to confirm setting. CALORIES «is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target calories from 0~9990. User may press program buttons from P1 to P12 to swift to selected profiles in stop mode. Or press UP or DOWN button to select each profiles you want and press MODE to confirm. ‘Then you may press UP or DOWN button to adjust the resistance level from 1 to 16. TIME : is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target training time from 00:00 to 99:00. Press MODE to confinn setting. DISTANCE - is blinking. TIME : is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target training time from 00:00 to 99:00. Press MODE to confirm setting. DISTANCE : is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target distance from 0.00~99.59. Press MODE to confirm setting. CALORIES «is blinking. You may press UP or DGWN buiton to set up target calories from 0~9990. Press MODE to confirm setting. PULSE : the monitor will detect user's heart rate. Please hold on handgrip sensor or ‘wear chest belt when start exercise. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target distance from 0.00~99.59. Press MODE te confirm setting CALORIES :is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target calories from 0-9990. Press MODE to confirm setting, PULSE : the moniter will detect user's heart rate. Please hold on handgrip sensor or ‘wear chest belt when start exercise. Press START button to start training: Screen display profile automatically according to the preset target watt datas, current RPM and training speed. This profile isnot available to be adjusted. It the training speed is quick, resistance level will decreased. Gtherwise, it will increase. The adjustment is to maintain the preset watt for training. 1-5 H.R.C. mode User may preset different target heart rate from 55%, 75%, 90% and Target by press UP and DOWN button. And press MODE to confirm, ‘TIME : is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target training time from 00:00 to 98:00. Press MODE to confirm setting. DISTANCE : is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button ta set up target distance from 0.00~99.59._ Press MODE ta confirm setting. ‘CALORIES - is blinking. You may press UP or DOWN button to set up target calones. from 0~9990, Press MODE to confirm setting. PULSE : the monitor will detect user's heart rate. Please hold on handgrip sensor or ‘wear chest belt when start exercise Press START button te start training: The resistance level will adjust according you current heart rate. When it is lower than preset target, the resistance level will increase one row every 30 seconds automatically. On the contrary, the resistance level will decrease one row every 15 seconds until reach first level. In level 1, if user's hear rate still exceed more than 30 seconds, the monitor will stop and start bi-bi-bi-bi-bi-bi to warm user. NOTE: . The monitor display will shut off if the trainis minutes. 2. Error message: £2 When monitor appears this information, ne control board connection is failed, This message will disappear when the failures fixed. is stop or not press any button for 4 -1e
