I think the story would be boring because

there would not be a problem so the readers
would not be curious about the character.
Also, Leroy and the readers would not have
learned about the leap year.
Leroy is a young boy who is born on 29th February
which is Leap Day. But he is sad and confused
because he doesn’t not know why he celebrates his
birthday once every four years. So, he goes to the
library with his mum and the librarian explains to
him what a leap year is and everything makes sense
to him. In the end, Leroy returns home and gets
surprised at his birthday party by his friends and
family.
