Hello, good morning, how are you?, my name is Michael Seña, nice to meet you, I am
te boss of this great company. Well the reason for this meeting is to tell you about a
business I have for you.
I have 200 employees and I want to improve the technological part, which would be
100 computers, but from now on I make it clear that I can only pay $700 dollars per
computer and over time and see how your computers work, I would buy 100 more
computers.
So what do you have to offer me? I listen to your proposal.
-SELLER 1
Hello, nice to meet you, Mr Seña, my name is Fiorella Hoyos, I am the saleswoman at
the computer store. Based on your budget, I could offer you the following business: I
will sell you the first 100 computers for $800 dollars, but I offer lifelong maintenance
and if you do well with the first 100 computers, the second purchase of the other 100
will be yours and I offer with a 10% discount.
You will think about it and tell me what decision you make.

Hello, nice to meet you, sir, my name is Jorge Barrios, based on what you need. What
do you think if I sell you the computers for $700 dollars with a 1-year warranty and 3-
month maintenance on all the computers you buy from me, I also give you a 5%
discount per compueter, what do you think?

Good afternoon Mr Barrios and Ms Hoyos, I have been thinking about both of your
proposals and I have made a decision. I think Ms Hoyos offer is more convenient for
my company because I save a lot more money with lifelong maintenance.
Mr Barrios, your the proposal seemed excellent to me as well, so be attentive to any
calls in case any business comes up so I can discuss it with you.
