The overall responses from students for Part B. Online Learning Methods have
shown that the most frequent response of the population has an equivalent of 4.07 or
4.1 this scale falls on the agreed scale, which ranges from 3.4 - 4.2. Thus, the most
effective Online Learning Methods for the students are learning approach which
included the immediate application of what have been taught. It is only then that
students will be able to see, apply, touch, or actually experience it. The data have
shown that students in an online learning environment learn independently and adjust
automatically. As a result, part B. Online Learning Methods have shown that students
improve their learning development if they are given an advantage or a proper pace in
their learning, as well as improve their learning development by exposing them to a
learning environment in which they are comfortable. In the case of our population,
wherein our respondents' majors are technical skills, it is reflected that learning a new
set of skills on a specific major was more effective if students were more exposed by
their specialty field as well as allowing students to be engaged with the lesson through
the use of interactive learning strategies.
Conclusion

The information gathered from the questionnaires used to survey students'

preferences from BIT and BTVTED in all majors, with a total of 30 individuals, formed
the basis of this result. Parts A and B of the Training Needs have highlighted the gap in
online learning and learning development during this pandemic. Learning can be difficult
to obtain, and both teachers and students may experience significant changes in terms
of teaching and learning development.
However, in an online education setting, students must be aware of their
surroundings and keep up with their own learning development. And it is done by
employing various online learning strategies to effectively strategize students' learning
development. Students, on the other hand, have access to what have been effective
learning methods that are suitable for them to learn effectively.

To create an effective teaching and learning environment. Proper learning

strategies and methods should be linked to what students find effective and comfortable
to learn, and should be updated in response to changing student demands. Thus, it is
important to access students in terms of their preferred learning strategies and methods
in order to adjust on the changing students' learning capabilities. And with that, less
effective strategies and methods should be improved on a continuous basis, while
effective strategies and methods as preferred by students may be retained or improved
as well, depending on the needs.
