I find fulfillment in teaching and being part of this class. Nonetheless, I recognize the importance of
improving my proficiency in classroom management. I am eager to add more knowledge and skills that
will contribute to creating a more effective and positive learning environment for both myself and my
students.

Comments:
I really enjoy being a teacher for the lively Grade 6 Jacinth class. I appreciate my homeroom teacher for
guiding me. However, I want to learn more about managing the classroom so I can become an even better
teacher and create a positive learning atmosphere.

I aspire to enhance my teaching effectiveness by investing wholehearted effort in creating engaging and

environment, fostering both academic and personal development among my students.

Areas for further growth:
Since joining Grade 6 Jacinth, I'm profoundly grateful for choosing this school. The experience has been
enriching, and I've gained valuable insights, particularly from my homeroom teacher. The teachers'
guidances have been instrumental, contributing significantly to my learning journey. I am looking forward
to improve more criteria in teachings.

Recognizing the need for personal growth, I'm dedicated to refining my character and setting a positive
example as a teacher. The time spent with my Grade 6 students is delightful. It's a fulfilling experience, and
I'm committed to continuous improvement in my role as an educator.
