Endowed through the generosity of Curtis and Enid Meltzer,

Serves as a teaching assistant in FLS 101, introductory
Spanish course 1, providing scaffolding, comprehensible
input, grading student assessments and projects, and
other duties including holding office hours and
providing resources for students.

Course Tutor, Writing and Learning Commons
CRLA Level 1 Certified
Tutored students in Spanish language sequence classes, from
beginning to advanced levels. Served as a lead tutor for all
Spanish tutors. Served as a mentor to new tutors. Has
completed optional additional leadership training. CRLA
Level 2 Certified.

recognizing the chapter for exemplary community service
involvement and activities, on January 21st, 2023.

OTHER INVOLVEMENT

Spanish Club at North Carolina State University August 2023-Present

Served as co-advisor for the Spanish Club during the
Fall 2023 semester. Will resume as full advisor in
Spring 2023, assisting the club with financial and
administrative tasks and with other events held by the
club.

Spanish Club at Western Carolina University August 2022-May 2023

Co-founded the organization in conjunction with instructor
David Jons from the World Languages Department faculty.
Wrote the governing documentation and conducted the first
official elections. Currently serves as the Secretary.

Mujeres con un Propósito August 2020-May 2023

Women-centered student organization devoted to Hispanic
cultural awareness and community service. Formerly held the
position of Treasurer.
