The feltham high street

As i had just arrived in the UK from the UAE we were searching to rent a place. After a deep
search we found that feltham was a nice place to get a place as it was closer to the high
street.
After moving to this place i personally felt that this high street needed some development
Feltham high street is a large area filled with many shops and restaurants
which is located in the centre of Feltham.
● It is a place where people generally visit from time to time, mostly
for their shopping and dining.
● The Feltham high street is happening place in Feltham, so some
additional reforms are required.

Some important landmarks in feltham
St cathereines spire and the feltham duck pond

● Solar powered streetlights are useful especially for the traffic and
street signs.

● In the night times the roads are dangerous as there is minimum
amount of light, so focusing lights on these signs could decrease
the causes of causalities.
●
● The costs of arranging 50 such street lights for 10 years is £621,000
which is 57% less than running an electrical street light which is
£977,500.
●
● Solar powered street lights are more economical.

And based on that i call my colleague to enlighten you on its costs and impacts

● St Catherine's spire was built in the year 1977 and it was beautiful
sight for the people
● It is still a famous landmark in the area.
● Preservation of this spire is important as it consists of rich history
of the older feltham Feltham.
● We can preserve it and restore it if any old deteriorated components
are present.

● The Feltham Duck Pond was built in 1865 and ever since then it was
a spectacle for the people.
● Preservation and maintenance of this pond was required as it
consists of wildlife.
● We could make it a tourist attraction for the people visiting Feltham,
by making it a photographic area and by adding small boards about
its history and the names of all the wildlife found in this place.
The cost for the maintenance of a pond varies from £700 – £1,300 a year
