What does fire represent for you? What are some dangerous aspects of fire? What aspects may be benefitial?

Fire might represent, passion, rage, love; fire can destroy all of the things that you adore, that you love and/or like but
it can warm us, give us a feeling of comfort, a light in the darkness.

3.1 Does the song suggest that the person who sings has been rejected by others? Made fun of? Indicate in what
parts

Yes, when he sings “They say that we’re out of control and some say we are sinners but don’t let them ruin Our beautiful
rhythms” it indicates that he and his partner receive bad comments from others, and had been told that his relationship is
bad or wrong but he decides that is not worth his attention.

3.2 Several metaphors are used in the song to describe a love relationship that some people do not approve of?
Which metaphor do you like best? Why?

Yes, I like “When we fight, we fight like lions

But then we love and feel the truth
We lose our minds in a city of roses
We won’t abide by any rules”
Because, first it proves us that even if we have the world against us, with love we are capable of tear down a wall.
And second, that people is always going to have something to say about you and we can choose to ignore it and embrace
our emotions and feelings, and build a shield and live like we want.

3.3 Have you ever been in a relationship that others did not approve? What was it like? Was it worth it?

Even once in a lifetime we face a relationship that someone does not approve, it’s just a normal relationship of
two persons loving each other, and enjoying their presence, everything is worth it because it gives us a new
experience, a new perspective, it leave us a story to be told.
