Reporting & Compliance Coordinator

Department: Management/Compliance
Incumbent: Hayati
Location: Toka Tindung Project
Direct Manager: Vice GM Operation & KTT
Direct Reports: Reporting & Compliance Officer/Clerk

It is important that all employees at the Toka Tindung Project have a clear understanding of
the expectations of their duties and responsibilities. This job description outlines the major
responsibilities for this role and is a guide to the employee and their managers as to their
overall responsibilities. The employee recognizes that they may be required to undertake
work that is outside of the specifics of this job description from time to time, as required and
requested to do so for the good operations of the Toka Tindung Project, and they agree to
undertake all reasonable and lawful instructions provided to them.

Mission

Establish and maintain a working, up to date & accurate reporting management system, that
is integrated and supporting the site / production activities, in order for site management to
drive accountability, strategic direction & demonstrate compliance with all applicable
regulatory reporting requitements and standards subcribed to by the company as part of
company operation license.

Manage legal register and update as per require to ensure that all legal register database will
up to date base on update of national rule and regulation.

Job Specifications
 Graduated (S-1) or higher qualification in Business Administration, Economic
(Management), Forestry, Agriculture or related field
 Minimum 5 year experience in mining industry or similar business (gold or coal mine),
especially within government reporting position.

prepares, reviews, and approves (managerial/superintendent level) catering/cleaning
service/vendor performance monthly report)
