MS. ALONY BABE C. LIWAO A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG BARANGAY,

SK Treasurer HON. YOLITO L. ORENCIO, JR., AND THE BARANGAY
TREASURER, MRS. EVANGELINE C. LACO, TO DISBURSE THE SK
FUNDS IN BEHALF OF THE SK CHAIRPERSON AND THE SK
TREASURER UNTIL SUCH TIME SK COUNCIL SHALL HAVE ITS
OWN BANK ACCOUNT

WHEREAS, based on Regional Bureau of Treasury –

Koronadal City, there is no new guidelines issued yet from other
government agencies regarding the requirements for SK bonding;

WHEREAS, SK Chairperson and the SK Treasurer cannot

process the SK Bank Account;

WHEREAS, budget for expenses of SK activities is really

needed especially for all ongoing and upcoming activities;

WHEREAS, to provide the needs, old guidelines in disbursing

the SK Funds must be followed;

WHEREAS, the Honorable Body allows the Punong Barangay

and the Barangay Treasurer to disburse the SK funds for the
meantime;

WHEREFORE, upon motion of Kgd. Johnny M. Ponan and

unanimously seconded, be it.
 RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO AUTHORIZE
THE PUNONG BARANGAY AND THE BARANGAY TREASURER TO
DISBURSE THE SK FUNDS IN BEHALF OF THE SK CHAIRPERSON
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN AND THE SK TREASURER UNTIL SUCH TIME SK COUNCIL SHALL
HAVE ITS OWN BANK ACCOUNT.

HON. JAYSON T. CASI RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be

SK Chairperson furnished to all concerned offices for appropriate action, information
and guidance.
