Level Trainers Vacancies

DSIIDC is the State Nodal Agency for the “Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro
Enterprises” scheme and is inviting applications for engagement from individuals -

1. Individuals
District Resource Persons will be responsible for providing hand-holding support to the
micro food processing enterprises, in each of the districts of Delhi.

1. Individual- District Resources Persons (DRPs)

a. DRPs should have the following qualifications:

i. Diploma/degree in Food Technology/ Food Engineering from reputed
National/ International University/Institute;
ii. 3-5 years’ experience in providing consultancy services to food processing
industries for technology upgradation, new product development, quality
assurance, food safety management;
iii. If persons qualified in food technology are not available, persons with
experience in food processing industry, banking, DPR preparation and
training.
b. Handholding support should be provided by the District Resource Persons to
individual units and groups for preparation of DPR, taking bank loan, support for
obtaining necessary registration and licenses including food standards of FSSAI,
Udyog Aadhar, GST etc.
c. Payment to the Resource Persons would be made based on each beneficiary
supported by them after sanction of loan to them by the bank. Payment to each
Resources Person would be @ Rs.20,000/- per bank loan sanctioned. 50% of the
payment would be made after sanction of bank loan and remaining 50% after the
Units takes GST &Udyog Aadhar registration, takes standard compliance of FSSAI.
Implement the project and is given training.

2. District Level Trainers (DLTs)

Eligibility :

 Degree/ Diploma in Food Technology, Degree/Diploma in Horticulture,

Degree/Diploma in Agriculture Science and Engineering in Agriculture
 Proficiency in Hindi and English Language
 Minimum of 5 years' experience in Training related activities
 In case of having done a graduation in any other discipline; profiles having 5 + years of professional
experience in a particular food processing product/ domain will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Provide training in various food related domains to the beneficiaries/ entrepreneurs

2. Must be available for travel within short notice
3. Although the SNA provides a basic training material, the individual trainers need to
update and customize the training material in line with recent technological and
business model nuances.
4. To be able to fulfil the objectives of PMFME project; the contribution from DLTs is
solicited for providing doubt clarification to the entrepreneurs on a need basis.

Remuneration as per the Capacity Building guidelines given by MoFPI

 For online training Rs.3000/session of 2 hrs

For the classroom training remuneration will be decided on a time-to-time basis by
SLTI as per the extant guidelines.

* Training will happen in online or offline mode, based on the decision

made by the State Nodal Agency.

Mode of Selection :
- Shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear for an online written examination.
Evaluation of the written examination would be conducted by State Level Technical
Institution.
