Dear Mr. Ayuban,

I hope this letter finds you well.

The Saint John the Baptist Parish of Diatagon will celebrate its 58th Fiesta of St. John the Baptist the
patron saint of the Parish. Part of the celebration is the Halad Sayaw para kay San Juan contest on June
25, 2023 at Fish Port. In connection with this, we would like to borrow DLC instruments to be used for
our performance.

The instruments that we need are as follows:

3 Snare drums
2 Bass drums
2 Triple drums.

We need to borrow the instruments on the following dates.

June 13 - 23 from 6pm - 10pm
June 24 - 25, from 7am - 8pm

We promise to take good care of the borrowed instruments and ensure you that it will be returned in
good condition. In the event that it will be damaged we will take full responsibility in replacing the
damage part or the instrument as a whole. Your positive response on this request will be a great help for
us to give a great performance and win the said competition.
