About the Role


The role of the Business Associate-F&B is NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION. This includes all activities
required for Identifying, Connecting, Engaging and Selling to a prospective customer.

Duties & Responsibilities


Duties Primary
❖ Perform regular market search, physical & digital, to Identify prospective HoReCa customers -
Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars & Pubs, Clubs, Caterers, School & College Canteens
etc.
❖ Connect with prospective customers with the intention to Engage them by understanding
their needs and illustrating our solutions.
❖ Engage the prospective customers by giving them a demonstration of our product.
❖ Negotiate and make a Sale to a prospective customer.
Duties Secondary
❖ Showcase new products to prospective & existing clients.
❖ Build a strong relationship with clients.
❖ Maintain and update all tech platforms used in the course of your duties
❖ Regularly update product & market knowledge through company training programs.
❖ Attend Monthly Cluster Meets, Quarterly Regional Sales Meets and Annual Sales Conference.
❖ Maintain updated and latest Data of customers
❖ Support Team/Colleagues by sharing insights and business knowledge.
Above & Beyond – Leadership Activities
❖ Research and identify new business opportunities, new markets, growth, areas, trends,
customers, partnerships, products, services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
❖ Attend various hotel industry programs and conferences.
❖ Participating and Contributing in Strategy Sessions.
❖ Contribute to the reputation of the organisation by entering and achieving professional
awards.

Educational Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.

Knowledge
❖ Knowledge and understanding of the Hospitality Industry.
❖ Knowledge and understanding of basic Sales Process.
❖ Knowledge and understanding of Culinary Arts – Food & Beverage Preparation
❖ Working Knowledge of MS Office & Google Apps
