With reference to your application and subsequent interviews you had with us, we are pleased to offer you
for the position of “IQC Engineer- Quality Department.” as per the terms agreed mutually and your annual
CTC is Rs.518400 (Five Lakhs Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Rupees Only). Breakup of your CTC is
attached as detailed in Annexure-I. We are all excited about the potential that you will bring to our
organization.

You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining. During probation, the
employment can be terminated by the employer or employee with 15 days an advance notice.

We would request you to join on or before 19th July 2023 at Tirupati office. At the time of joining, you
are requested to please submit all the required documents as detailed in the Annexure-III to this letter.
Your detailed appointment letter will be issued to you at the time of your joining.

This offer is being valid made subject to:

➢ Your being found medically fit for the job
➢ Verification of your testimonials in support of age, educational and professional qualification,
experience etc.
➢ Reference check
Pre-employment medical check-up required details are as per Annexure II.
If the above offer is acceptable to you, please sign and submit the duplicate copy of this letter as token
of your acceptance and confirm the date of joining, failing which this offer shall automatically stand
cancelled without further reference for you. The management reserves the right to
modify/amend/withdraw/continue with the offer letter at its discretion from time to time.
