Clinical summary

I reviewed this lady by the telephone clinic today. Her recent MRI small bowel was normal. However she continues to have
ongoing symptoms of chronic diarrhoea with abdominal pain, burning in her skin, burning in her eyes and feeling generally
unwell. She has been seen by a nutritionist who would like to exclude SIBO. I understand she is also being considered for mast
cell activation disease. She is currently losing about 2lbs weeks. She complains of recurrent lumps in her vagina and rectum and
is currently being investigated for prolapse.

As there is a family history of coeliac disease and Crohn's disease, I am arranging for up-to-date blood tests including TTG,
TFTs and an autoimmune screen as well as faecal elastase. I have also requested a CT chest abdomen pelvis., SeHCAT, SIBO
breath test, MRI pelvis.
