Technical Specification

The ‘Trident x2’ Dewaterer is a mobile screw recovery twin bucket wheel dewatering unit. It
can produce 1 or 2 grades of sand at a maximum production of 150 M.T.P.H. (US 165
U.S.T.P.H.) and is designed to work in conjunction with the Powerscreen Washing range.

The machine is designed with a major degree of versatility, i.e. maximum retention of fines
on one hand; through to agitation and maximum disposal of fines on the other.

• Double & single grade chutes (plastic lined)
• Slurry intake boxes (rubber lined)
• High capacity variable speed twin bucket wheel
• Deep fluted fines recovery screw with variable speed
• 15 HP electric / hydraulic powerunit (optional)
• Adjustable plate between bucket and settling tank for release or retention of fines
• 6 point water injection system for agitation and floating off fines where necessary

• Specially designed inlet boxes which reduce turbulence at entry.

• Increased drainage time produces a drier product
• Can be hydraulically coupled to Mark II Rinser, Commander 1400 or Chieftain Rinser
range.
