Subject: Request for Replacement of New Battery and Keyboard for Dell 5580
Laptop (Device Name: DESKTOP-RLFV7IQ)

It is submitted that the battery of the Laptop (Model: Latitude 5580), and
Device name (DESKTOP-RLFV7IQ) that has been provided to me by the company is
not working properly, due to which my work is getting affected.
Therefore, it is requested to replace the laptop battery and keyboard so that I can
do my work well.
