KAMULEGEYA and SSEMAKULA VICENT SSETUBA of P.O BOX ….................. MASAKA.

IT IS NOW AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. SHARES:
The sharing of the dividends shall be according to the assignment / work and or contract
made and as brought by each individual.

Tom Kamulegeya …………………………… shares
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Each individual shall be responsible to look for jobs or contracts to be made and
implemented.
3. COMMITMENTS:
Each individual shall be committed to work together so as achieve our goal.
4. TRANSPARENCY:
Each individual shall be transparent to each other so as to make our work easy in a
truthfully way to achieve our motive.
5. POWERS:
Each individual shall have equal powers, be a signatory on the company’s Bank Account
which will be opened up.

Share holders of this company shall exercise power in the management of the affairs of the
company, but this will be done with the consent and acknowledgment of all members, the
ultimate purpose for this is to ensure that there is transparency and proper accountability of
expenses made in the Company.

WHEREFORE the parties have set on their hands on the day, month and year afore
mentioned.
