AND WHEREAS the Purchaser agrees to pay the Owner of Motorcar ….. the

sum of RM……. as a deposit for the purchase of the said Motorcar No. …..

AND WHEREAS the Purchaser agrees to continue to pay the balance to …. to

settle the Owner of Motorcar No……’s Hire-Purchase Agreement No. ………. for the

said Motorcar No. ………..

AND WHEREAS the Owner of Motorcar No. ……. agrees to sign over all the

transfer documents and do all the transfer documents and do all that is necessary and to

hand over the rightful ownership of Motorcar No. ….. to the said Purchaser.

AND WHREAS the Purchaser agrees to take full responsibility of Motorcar No.

……. from the Owner of Motorcar ……. from the date of this Agreement.

AND WHEREAS the Owner of Motorcar …… agrees to allow the Purchaser to

rightfully use the said Motorcar No. ….. and to be insured in the Owner of Motorcar ….’s
name until such time, as the Hire-Purchase Agreement has been settled in full and the

ownership transferred.
