The Internet is an extremely powerful tool that allows people to obtain information,
communicate, be entertained and participate in active recreation at any time and from
anywhere on the planet. However, from which point of view, this interactive world can both
positively and negatively affect our life and health.

On the one hand, the Internet gives us the opportunity to learn about new ideas, thoughts and
technologies, and also enriches our lives with greater opportunities for development and self-
improvement. On the other hand, the Internet can provide too much information, which can
confuse you and prevent you from choosing the right path.

There is no doubt that the Internet is a very popular source of information and communication
in today's world. It allows people to quickly and easily exchange ideas and thoughts, meet new
people and have fun. However, its influence on our lives should be quite isolated and limited,
because a large amount of information and an excess of information can increase the distance
between us and our loved ones, distract us from the truth and cause dependence.

Therefore, in my opinion, the Internet can be a useful tool if used wisely and carefully. It is
important to be able to filter the information we receive on the Internet.
