The document outlines the scope of work for an underground sensor survey to identify underground utilities up to 6 meters in depth across 30 acres. The work will include using technologies like ground penetration radar and total stations to map underground metallic and non-metallic services. The agency will provide AutoCAD drawings of the identified utilities integrated with the existing coordinate system. Key tasks include identifying over and underground utilities, generating baseline data, validating data sources, performing underground mapping using ground control points, finalizing data according to standards, and integrating utility features into individual layers. Field verification and a training program are also included.

Carrying out under-ground survey for identifying underground utilities up to 6m depth ( the area for under-ground survey will be based on field survey input) including surveying and scanning all underground services (both metallic and non-metallic) using advanced technologies like Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) equipment, total station, DGPS, etc. as required for completing the survey 30 Acres including all tools and tackles, skilled manpower, etc. including providing AutoCAD drawings in the existing coordinate system with all the marked up utilities etc. as per scope of work, standard specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Scope of Work: 1. Identification of over/under ground utilities. 2. Identification of underground utilities using GPR, Induction Locator or equivalent technologies. 3. Generating Baseline data: review and collection of complete details of existing utilities. 4. Data Validation: the agency/firm shall check the source and reliability of the data collected, documents, etc. 5. The agency/firm shall be provided with sufficient number of Ground Control Points (GCPs) collected through Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) survey. 6. The agency/firm shall perform Underground Utility Mapping using Ground Penetration Radar and Other Non-Penetrating Techniques by using the GCPs. 7. The agency/firm shall work with us to finalize the data collected by using Ground Penetrating Radar and other Non-Penetrating Techniques as per NUIS and International Design Standards. 8. The agency/firm shall integrate complete information of underground utilities and its features such as water supply network, storm water drainage system, sewerage system, tertiary treated water network, electricity/power cables, street lighting, telecommunication cables, gas- pipelines, etc. along with allied components (i.e., manholes, chambers, road, gullies, valves, etc.) in individual layers with base map. 9. Field verification: The field verification is to be performed as per the instructions set by us. The field survey would include the verification of the existing data and adding missing data or addition to the database. 10. The agency/firm shall also impart training program workshop.
