This is in with reference to the disputed transaction with Transaction ID No 125620845 done on “Fyp” through
Cashfree Payment Gateway.
This is to inform you that we provide wallet and prepaid card solution to our users through our app- "Fyp" and we use
payment gateways to facilitate wallet loading. The customer incorrectly or intentionally raised chargeback
in this case.
During our investigation, we have noted that the said transaction was a UPI transfer to the user registered on Fyp and
the amount was successfully transferred to the wallet holder.
Note: The screenshot is attached from the customer transaction history to whom the money was transferred.
It is also to be noted that said user to whom amount was transferred via transaction no 125620845 has utilized the
money and the available balance of the wallet account is ₹ 83.0 only. We have also attached wallet transaction of the
user to whom money was transferred in Annexure -1 below:
