8. Use with stative verbs (like, hate, agree,..)
 I like studying English.
9. Use after “ when, as soon as, before, after, till, until, while, once.
 As soon as I arrive home, I’ll call you.

To be V1/Vs/es
Positive S + to be + N/adj S + V1/Vs/es + O…
I+ am I, we, you, they+ V1
we, you, they+ are He, she, it+ Vs/es
He, she, it+ is
Negative S + to be + not + N/adj S + don’t/ doesn’t +V0...
is not= isn’t I, we, you, they+ don’t
are not= aren’t He. She, it+ doesn’t
