Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Chandigarh to Dharamshala Transfer

The first day of the trip will start with a Pickup from Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand by exclusive
vehicle and move towards Dharamshala. Dharamshala which is 5hrs 30min 237 km away from Chandigarh will let
you enjoy beautiful view on your long journey. After reaching Dharamshala check-in and enjoy your overnight stay
at the hotel.

Day 2 : Dharamshala local sight seeing

The day after breakfast is for visiting the prime attractions of Dharamshala including the Tibetan Monastries, Cricket
stadium ious ailments are treated here using rare Buddhist medicines that have herbal ingredients, , the popular local
monasteries where you can try meditating. The evening drive to Dharamshala. Dinner and Overnight stay in
Dharamshala hotel.

Day 3 : Mcleodganj local sight seeing

After breakfast check out from hotel and visit Mcleodganj Checkin hotel and then visit bhagsugnag waterfall and
temple ,Church of St. John- an Anglican church-also known as St. John in the Wilderness that was constructed way
back in the year 1852, visit Dalai lama temple and mall road come back to the hotel and have dinner.

Day 4 : Mcleodganj to Dalhousie transfer

After breck fast check out Dharmshala and drive to Dalhousie And Check in Dalhousie hotel and Dinner and overnight
stay at hotel.

Day 5: Dalhousie to Khajjiar

Today morning after breakfast is scheduled for sightseeing in Dalhousie, including attractions like Panchpula- a nice
picnic spot with gushing streams and waterfalls etc, Subhash Baoli- flanked by trees this Baoli is named after freedom
fighter Subhash Chandra Bose who supposedly meditated here, and then leave for khajjiar. Khajjiar is also known as
mini - switzerland of India. back to dalhousie and Overnight stay in Dalhousie. .

Day 6 : Dalhousie to Amritsar

After Brackfast check out hotel and drive to Amritsar around 3 PM drive to Wagah Border to see the Closing
Ceremony, event starts exactly by 5.30 PM everyday. Border closing 'lowering of the flags' ceremony is
a daily military practice that the security forces of India and Pakistan.This ceremony takes place every
evening before sunset at the Wagah border, which as part of the Grand Trunk Road was the only road
link between these two countries before the opening of the Aman Setu in Kashmir in 1999. Later visit
golden Temple back to hotel and have dinner

Day 7: Amritsar to Chandigarh

After Brackfast check out hotel and drive to will drop you at Chandigarh Railway station, bus stop or airport, bus stop,
Metro station or railway station which so ever place suits your comfort. With this your splendid trip comes to an end.

 • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather/road
close/Riots/Slides/Earthquakes, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks, personal problems death,
accident, No Shows or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither
refundable nor exchangeable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
• Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible
(subject to availability)
• Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. (Early check in is subject to availability)
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-
availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
• We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure
smooth execution of tours.
• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather/road
closed/riots/slides & are not liable for it.
• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
• Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available
cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.
• Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not
as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on
• will not work in hill areas.
• Verbal Commitments are not applicable.
• All disputes if any shall be settled in the jurisdictions of Shimla courts.

NGT RULES & REGULATIONS:

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions forevery
traveler visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:

• The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1000 /- per day, out of which only
600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
• Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
• Environmental Compensation charges of INR 1000 /- for petrol vehicles, INR 2500 /-
for diesel vehicles and INR 5000 /- for six seaters (or above) will be charged.
• This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired
amount on the way to Rohtang Pass
• Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/sharing / by Deluxe Bus Sub to Availability.

Mode of Payment:
For Advance Booking We Need 40% Amount to confirm the package & 60 %Amountof the
package cost will be collected on arrival.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE
• If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to
inform us20 days in advance via mail.
• We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However,
after thefirst time, additional charges will be levied.
• Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of
Hotel/Volvoand season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 20 days prior to your
journey)
• We do not accept any change in the plan within 20 days of travel date. However, in
rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed
which willintimate to you beforehand.
• Advancecan be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance
payment.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

• Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking

because ofreasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
• Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
• The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to
hike intariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has
been provided.
