*Complaints For The Day 16/04/2021*

W02 – Guest complained that when they went to the lunch area, they were offered the lunch
set menu. This was at 1 pm. But by the time the buffet was set it was 1:30 pm.

Guest came in the property at 10:15 am. Guest was informed that c/in time is 1400 hrs., guest
said he does not mind waiting for 4 hrs. As he and his wife have work to do so they would sit at
the executive center. But guest came to reception at 1330 hrs. and said he has been waiting
long and since lunch was not ready on time he wanted to go to the room straight. Guest was
immediately taken to the room. Guest complained that the Wi-Fi was very slow and he could
hardly make any work call and had to go out. Guest was politely reminded again that Wi-Fi is
slow due to it being a satellite service. Guest was fine after that; he did continue to go out for
work calls. His wife used the voucher on her phone.

C03 – Guest came to c/in at the reception at 1230 hrs. Guest was upset that all the different
types of Mahan’s and their features were not explained to him during the booking. Guest also
complained about no network in the area and no TV being in the room. Guest was made
understand that the basic concept of the Machan after which he was fine. Guest was also given
the option to use the landline in the room for making outside calls.

S02 – 20 mins after c/in, guest requested for a band aid and a sanitizer bottle. Guest was
informed that we do not place personal hand sanitizer in the room but we can send the band
aid. Guest was upset regarding the same and said all the other properties do and the Machan
should also have the same. Guest complains to the reception person that he requested earlier fir
plates and cutlery which was reached to his room in 10 mins. Guest later asked for 2 bowls to
which the service person said would take 20 mins. Guest was upset why so much time for 2
bowls. Guest was apologized about the inconvenience and said the bowls would reach in time.
