Ref: Contract Agreement for Construction of Moyale and Elghof Kebele Water Supply
Project

Subject: Request of Interim Payment #3

It is to be recalled that contract agreement was signed between SRS Irrigation and
Development Bureau and Iqra General Construction Company for the construction of
Moyale and Elghof Kebele Water Supply Project.

Accordingly, we have been conducting the project work in accordance with the provision of the
contract agreement. Hence, this is to request your approval for Interim Payment No.3 for the
executed project works that worth Birr 28,323,646.49 (Twenty Eight Million Three Hundred
Twenty Three Thousand Three Hundred Forty Six Birr and 49/100 Cents with VAT).
Please find attached here with the payment statement that was approved by the project engineer.

We kindly request your good Bureau to check and approve the requested payment and deposit
the aforementioned payments to our bank account.
