Objectives  Students will be able to know the strings name, and tunning
technique.
 Students will be able to put their finger on the right note.
 Students will learn how to sit with the correct body posture.
 Students will know chords in D major family.

IFL Enhance guitar-playing abilities to honor the Lord effectively in ministry,

adopting a mindset that views music as a dedicated means of glorifying
God.
Materials Worksheet, a guitar, PowerPoint, chords progression sheets
Strategies Use direct instructions and practical learning, provide assistant to each one

Procedures  Greeting and review the previous lesson.

 Let them show what they can play from the previous lesson.
 Provide feedback right after everyone plays.
 Introduce new chords in D major family.
 Untune the guitar and ask each one to tune.
 Summarize the lesson and remind them to practice.

Assessment Observe each one when they are practicing chords.
