How the use of smartwatch technologies can be used to improve digital

Proposed title:
wellbeing

Section One: Title, objective, responsibilities

The mental issues of digitalisation
Aim: The mental issues of digitalisation can be defined as a concept which describes the interaction
of human beings with technology. It says that the interaction of human beings with technology
should provide them an experience that can bring mental as well as physical happiness to them. It
is a common term used by researchers, health specials, and manufacturers of products related to
technology. Improvement in digital wellbeing is required and it aims to develop a technology that
avoids health issues and inspires users for living a healthy life. There is a great need for technology
and applications which can manage time usage for a person. This brought the focus of companies
on developing technology with features having less disruption or provide the functionality to disable
the unwanted notifications. Additionally, companies are developing apps that can record the screen
time of the user. This can help the user to reduce wastage of time on unwanted sites or
applications. The main aim of this research will be to find out the issues arrives over the use of
digital products that impact the human mental health. Apart from this the research will led to the
various project Plans for management and communication that will be required to attain required
information over the title.

Section Two: Reasons for choosing this research project

1. To choose a report for the mental issues of digitalisation consists of gathering ideas and tools
which helps people to maintain a balance of healthy relation with technologies. This activity inspired
developers and designers to create and develop products considering the mental issues of
digitalisation. The most important thing about the topic is its way of developing new products and
see if it is interesting for people or not.
2. The sources are open and guidance and tips are available which inspires people for the generation of
new and creative ideas. After this, again generate newer and more creative ideas. By this, the
involvement of more people happens and this brings unique ideas resulting in more advanced
technology.

Section Three: Literature sources searched

Use of key literature sources to support your research question, objective, or hypothesis:
Hypothesis: There was research regarding the mental issues of digitalisation because of increased
screen time for a particular point whose tests were done on data of digital hypothesis. Screen time
increased spontaneously with the increase in the mental issues of digitalisation just after that point.
The study proclaims about the point at which the screen clicked between the harmful and average
screen time which was observed very high or less variable on weekends.

Question: The following question only refers to the proposal of research on the mental issues of
digitalisation.
1. Did you continuously suffer any mentioned issues?
 Yes
 No
 None of these

2. Did you ever take any help regarding the mentioned issues which affected the mental issues of
digitalisation or mental illness?
 Yes
 No
 None of these

3. Which feelings relate in a better way? What type of support was received mentioned in the report?
 Appropriate
 Supportive and of great help
 Not so helpful
 None of these

4. What is the use of internet support for searching for information about the health recovery of the user
or his family?
 Description is required

5. Describe the experience while surfing the internet for information about digital wellbeing and mental
health.
 Description is required

6. Would you visit a new website related to the mental issues of digitalisation and health issues?
 Blogs
 Chat forum
 Tips of digital wellbeing
 Local Events

7. Which of the following method of the Internet would you use for the above mentioned?
 Instagram
 Facebook
 Twitter
 Pinterest
 Chat Forums

8. What is your gender?

 Female
 Male
 Transgender

Source of Literature: The reasons behind the better relationship with technology for better digital wellbeing
are multiple determinants, particular behavior, community and physical environment, different policies, access
to different qualities, community health of individuals, and many more.
There are some questions related to the research summary:
1. Is GIS effective according to results associating health?
2. What type of technology has been developed just like humans?
3. How digitalization can bring inclusion to the mental health patients.
4. Impact of digitalisation over the human health and their psychology.
5. Social and ethical issues of digitalization.

Section Four: Activities and timescales

There are seven stages in the process of the mental issues of digitalisation:
1. Research
2. Planning
3. Approval
4. Designing
5. Setup
6. Maintenance
7. Submission

Section Five: Research approach and methodologies

The mental issues of digitalisation data has been divided into two parts: Qualitative data & Quantitative
data.
 Qualitative data: The data which is gathered from pieces of evidence, observations, and researches
from the online survey is called qualitative data and it is related to an individual's time spent with his
friends or betterment of relationship with the technology. May authors prescribed that digital wellbeing
should focus on reducing health-related issues.
 Quantitative data: Quantitative data is the result of a variable effect known for human wellbeing and
digital communication. Exclusion of ability of research production, finding reliable support, strong
hypothesizes, gathering quantitative data, sharing pre-registration protocol, code for analysis,
information among publication to use as a research approach.
The research will be carried out by identifying collecting the necessary information related to the title through
questionnaires, Interviews, journals and articles. Then the collected information will be analysed to extract the
relevant information to the title to demonstrate the complete research.
