二、 Overview:
Since its establishment, our company specializes in the production of DPP-80
automatic aluminum-plastic packaging machine series, which can completely
replace imported equipment with reference to foreign advanced technology.
The implementation of aluminum-plastic composite sealed packaging has the
advantages of prolonging the retention period, beautifying the goods, and
reducing the packaging cost. As the machine has the advantages of small land
occupation, low investment, multi-functional use, high efficiency, no pollution
and low noise, it is an ideal packaging equipment for purification workshop and
hospital reagent room.

三、Application scope and characteristics of the product:
1. The latest high-power transmission mechanism in China is adopted, and the
transmission shaft is driven by the chain, which eliminates the error and noise of
other gear transmission.
2. The electric appliance adopts imported control system, which can be equipped
with missing material and missing particle detection and elimination device
(Omron sensor) according to customer requirements. Imported variable frequency
governor is adopted.
3. The whole machine adopts sectional combination: PVC forming, feeding and
heat sealing are one section, and tropical aluminum cold forming, heat sealing
and blanking are one section, which can be packaged separately.
4. Photoelectric control system, PVC, PTP, tropical aluminum packaging
automatic feeding and waste edge automatic receiving device are adopted to
ensure the synchronous stability of ultra long distance and multi station.
5. It can also be equipped with photoelectric detection and correction device,
imported stepping motor traction, graphic plate printing and packaging to
optimize the grade of packaging.
6. The machine is suitable for: capsule, plain tablet, sugar coating, capsule,
injection, special shape, etc., as well as sealed packaging of medical devices, light
food and electronic components.

5、 Installation and precautions:


1. Before installation, check whether the ground levelness is balanced.
2. The ground wire shall be connected according to the position specified on the
grounding label.
3. Full time personnel shall be trained for operation and maintenance.
4. The machine shall be kept clean.
5. All parts of the machine must be oiled before production (refer to the operation
provisions)
6. When the machine leaves the factory, the transmission case watch belt must be
filled with lubricating oil before production.
7. It is suggested that the oil-free air compressor should be used for this machine.
8. The pressure of forming, heat sealing, indentation and other parts should not be
too large, otherwise the service life will be affected. There should be a floating
margin of about 1 mm for the forming and indentation cushion.
六、操作前工序:
6、 Pre operation procedure:
1. Turn on the lighting power supply according to the regulations on safe power
consumption. When trying to send power to the motor, turn on the power supply
and jog the host to check whether it operates normally.
2. Water supply: according to the words displayed on the sign of the fuselage seat,
check whether the cooling water enters and exits the faucet for leakage, and the
water supply shall be subject to the smooth flow of inlet and outlet.

3. Air pump: connect the air transmission pipe of the air machine to the airway
faucet, and turn on the air compressor at the same time. It can be used only when
the air pressure reaches more than 0.6 ~ 0.8MPa.
4. Oil: add oil into the box and gearbox. Note: the oil is 2 / 3 of the oil in the box.
5. VC plastic upper bearing shaft, adjust the inner and outer conical nuts,
transport the mold to the lower point, PVC plastic passes by, and the rear lifting
seat is opened and pressed. Note that PVC plastic is subject to the track on the
machine plate surface, and both sides are equally uniform.
7、 Operating procedures:
1. The power on green indicator light is on, and the two heating switches of
forming upper and lower and heat seal are turned on respectively. The
temperature controller controls the forming temperature, which is generally preset
at 100 º C respectively. The second temperature controller controls the heat seal,
and the temperature is preset at 130 º C ~ 140 º C. The preset temperature of
upper and lower forming and heat sealing temperature controller shall be
determined as appropriate.
2. Put down the pressing block on the lifting roller, the temperature of the
forming heating plate is in place, and then open the main machine. The plastic
PVC is formed first, and the forming bubble hole is consistent with the hole
position of the heat sealing die. Note that the heat sealing die cylinder puts down
the heat sealing die to press the aluminum foil, which will drive the punching.
Observe whether the plastic (refers to the formed PVC on the machine board
surface) moves left and right. If there is a deviation, adjust the starting and
guiding roller seat to adjust the guiding direction.
3. If the aluminum foil deflects to the left and right, adjust the knuckle roller seat
and adjust the handwheel. If the fore-and-aft deviation is adjustable, the box can
move.
4. After the hot seal blanking is normal, open the feeder switch and ram
appropriately to make an appropriate amount of drugs (tablets, capsules and grain
clothes) enter the feeding room. If there is a small amount of cylinder material, it
can be filled manually. If drugs are brought into the hot seal mold, it will
seriously affect the synchronization. Therefore, stick them to the mold during
aluminum foil sealing, and stop the machine for treatment.
5. Due to the increase of drug weight, the tension of aluminum foil and the
gradual change of machine temperature, the forming and heat sealing may be out
of sync, leading or lagging. First check whether the plastic PVC and aluminum
foil have negative separation, and then use the on-board fine-tuning mechanism

to adjust. The fine adjustment mechanism moves forward and backward in the
mold because it adjusts the distance or adjusts the box front and back. As shown
in figure (2), it should be placed in the middle position before starting up, so it
can move forward and backward. It can also be adjusted by moving the front box.
After the correct movement, the plate will not be correct until more than ten
versions are completed. Therefore, do not adjust it indiscriminately before it is
completed.

In case of poor blister state, pay attention to the lower forming die or heat sealing
to the top dead center, and tighten the column nut. If you don't pay attention, it is
easy to break down, and the roller pressed by the ejector rod
