Dr. Mahmoud Gamal ElDin, CEO – Dr. Gamaleldin is the founder and head of the Board of Directors of
InfraOne UK and has more than thirty years of experience in leading Infrastructure and mega projects
development and financing , development management, transaction advisory, financial planning, structured
financed, project structuring and financing, he is leading firm which is also providing consultation in business
Strategic Planning, Governance to both private and government sectors. Before joining InfraOne he has held
senior advisory and executive positions in corporate finance, investment management and advisory fields in
various government ministries and authorities in Egypt, as well as private sector in Siemens and KPMG and has
set on many boards for well reputable private and public entities. Dr. Gamaleldin holds a EDBA degree in
Investment and Financing from Paris School of Business in France, MBA from the Arab Academy for Science,
Technology and Maritime Transport and BA in commerce – Ain Shams University. As well as holding an
Accredited Certificate of the Executive Development Program from IESE Business School in Spain, he is a
Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of Institute of Directors in UK (IOD).

Eng. Ahmed ELKhabiry , Managing Director– Eng. Khabiry is a Board of Directors member of
InfraOne and has more than thirty years of experience in leading positions in Multinational
Companies with focus on Transport, Power and Infrastructure projects in the Middle East and
Africa. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering & Communication from Cairo University, he
Completed Professional courses and Studies in several subjects related to Fiber Optics
Transmission Networks and Switching at BOSCH- Stuttgart Germany, PKI Phillips Academy–
Nuremberg Germany, Siemens – Munich Germany, Corning – Munich Germany. . In addition
to Engineering, Khabiry’s experience is handling business from all its aspects like Marketing,
Sales, Business Development, Strategies, Media Relations, CSR Projects and supervising the
execution of projects .

Mr. Stephen Collins , PMO - Head of International Business – Mr. Collins is a Board of Directors member
of InfraOne UK and has more than forty years of experience infrastructure development and project
management, with wide experience of telecommunications, energy and power transmission networks
combining experience with operators and vendors throughout many countries globally, Mr. Collins has an
excellent network with the operator and vendor and project management community and understand
the strategic and operational imperatives, Mr. Collins has developed Business Analysis and Management
skills over the years and has been responsible for and led multimillion Euro projects varying from 200
million to 600 million with overall P&L responsibility dealing with customers at CxO level. Mr. Collins is
also specialized in overall service management from startup to delivery and turning around problematic
projects or operations by defining and implementing strategy in line with company Vision. Well
experienced in setting up and leading large multi-cultural workforce of the order of thousands. Mr.
Collins has served in multinational companies, Siemens and built alliances with many global and regional
key players in energy market.

Eng. Hany El Hariry, Engineering & PM Managing Director – Eng. Hany is responsible for
leading and supporting all technical and engineering aspects in InfraOne Projects, he is the
Managing Director of Egypt operations and has pursued a career more than forty years that
has served practically in military, government and private sectors including fields of Technical
Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management and Construction of Logistics, dry ports ,
Industrial warehouses, Eng. El Hariry is also expert in Industrial services and infrastructure
utility sectors, construction and project management. Previously, Eng. El Hariry served in the
Egyptian military and in General Intelligence Agency. Eng. El Hariry was also the Consultant for
Minister of Communications and Information Technology - ITI, he was Board Member for PFI
and worked as Managing Director for Egypt Post Authority. Eng. El Hariry holds a B.Sc. in Civil
Engineering from Ain Shams University and B.E from Military Technical College.
