To improve school performance and learning outcomes and
produce functionally literate individuals for continuous
improvement of AFMNHS through the teaching force
Rationale collaborative sharing of efforts to improve achievement of
objectives and activities aligned in NCBTS-TSNA, RPMS,
IPCRF, IPPD, E-SIP, School Report Card, and SBM level of
practice to nurture and better serve our learners.
This training aims to identify teachers needs and assessment of
their performance output for the School Year 2016-2017 and
cater their professional development plan as reflected in the

NCBTS-TSNA, RPMS/IPCRF, IPPD, ESIP, School Report Card
and SBM level of practice to address their need for continuous
improvement to nurture and better serve lifelong learners.
