INTRODUCTION
DRIZZLA IS A DRIBBLING MASTERY PROGRAM IS A 7 DAY PROGRAM WHICH
TARGETS DRIVING AT SPEED WITH BOTH FEET, PROGRESSING INTO
TIGHTER SPACES WITH BOTH FEET MANIPULATION. AS YOU PROGRESS
THROUGH THE PROGRAM IT GETS MORE CHALLENGING DAY BY DAY. THAT
DEVELOPS & SHARPENS YOUR ABILITY ON THE BALL . BEFORE MOVING
ONTO MORE ADVANCED CREATIVE ORIENTED EXERCISES YOU FIRST NEED
TO POSSESS THE ABILITY TO CHANGE DIRECTION, HAVE CLOSE BALL
CONTROL, BE ABLE TO MANIPULATE WITH BOTH FEET, DRIVE INTO SPACE
ALL WITH COMFORT & EASE. HENCE WHY I CREATED THIS PROGRAM IS
THAT SO YOU CAN DEVELOP THESE TRAITS & BUILD THAT TECHNICAL
FOUNDATION EVERY FOOTBALLER NEEDS TO PROGRESS IN THEIR

WARM UP
THE FOLLOWING WARM UP SHOULD BE COMPLETED AT THE START OF
EVERYDAY. THIS EXERCISE ALLOWS YOU TO GET HUNDREDS OF EXTRA TOUCHES
AND PRACTICE YOUR MOVES ALL WHILE USING ALL SURFACES OF THE FOOT TO
PERFORM BETTER DURING THE DRIBBLING MASTERY DRILLS. THE GOAL OF THE
WARMUP IS TO COMPLETE AS MANY MOVES AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT LOSING
CONTROL OF THE BALL.
ON TOP OF THIS WARM UP YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED A
DYNAMIC WARM UP AND YOUR BODY HAS BEEN FULLY WARMED UP IN ORDER
TO PREVENT INJURY DURING THE MAIN PORTION OF THE SESSION.
WARM UP
PLACE 4 CONES 2 FEET APART TO FORM A SQUARE.
BEFORE STARTING SET A TIMER FOR 30 SECONDS AND
START IT AFTER ENTERING THE SQUARE. STARTING IN
THE CENTRE OF THE SQUARE START TO FREESTYLE
DRIBBLE , USING 1V1 MOVES , AND JUST LET YOUR
INSTINCTS ALONGSIDE YOUR CREATIVITY GO WILD.
MAKE SURE TO USE EVERY SURFACE OF BOTH FEET
