Presentation:

Good afternoon, we are here to promote the city of Lima, my partner and I are assistants at
IPERÚ and we will tell you what activities you can do, what we can see, eat and where to buy in
this city.

Lucya: Welcome to Lima, the capital of Peru, located on the coast central of the country, it is
one of the largest cities in South America. Walk through the historic streets of the Center of
Lima, here you will find some squares “San Martín”, and “Plaza Francia”. You will walk through
some streets with colonial houses, you can visit the national theater, walk through the famous
ribbons “de la Unión”, “Amazonas” and “Quilca”. There are two main museums, the Larco
Museum and the Museum of the Nation, the Plaza de Armas and next to it is its 16th century
cathedral, cool off in the magical water circuit, the Chinatown and many archaeological sites.

Bryan: Don’t forget Miraflores, you will find attractions like Chinese park, the Villenas bridge, a
Larcomar shopping center and in front is the park of love. There are two beautiful beaches that
are perfect for surfers, there is a boardwalk that with its breeze cools bike rides and walks, you
can fly paragliding over the Pacific Ocean. In this city you can learn and see many beautiful
places.

Lucya: The city of Lima has the best gastronomy in the world, there are several top-notch
restaurants where you can try traditional Peruvian food in its best version, such as Cebiche, El
tiradito, Causa limeña, chicken chili, Huancaina's style potato and its delicious drinks such as
pisco sour, purple chicha, chicha de jora and its emollient.

Bryan: Lima is also known for its crafts, the most sought after by travelers are ponchos, chullos,
ceramics among others, you can find them in the large artisan market, Galería San Francisco,
Don Bosco Artisans and the Daedalus. Thank You.
