Responsibilities:-

 Monitor the Site activities and progress of client in terms of timely completion
and adherence to standards.
 Executing all HVAC work as per project standard and specification.
 Verifying and reviewing the drawing as per international and project standard.

 Coordinating with the QA/QC department in the early and easily completion of
construction and with the design department and the site for solving design
discrepancies

 Installation of All Types of Supply/ Exhaust Fan for Pressurization and
Ventilation Systems
 Installation of Roof extractors with tube axial fan for Workshop and ware

 Installation monitoring of Refrigerant Piping with Accessories
 Monitoring productivity & re-checking the reports against actual and assisting
sub-contractor to finding on fronts and solving sub-contractor small issue on
sport and assisting field engineering on expediting technical queries. Supervise
the daily work activities to ensure that work is completed on timely with all
quality and safety requirement to meet as per procedure and specification
investigate and resolve operational problem in conjunction with other
engineering and technical personal plans and supervises for the timely
execution of the daily functional activities as have been communicated by site
and maintains close liaison with other engineering department as well as with
sub-contractor for repair parts to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
 All the site regarding all project sub-contractor aspect regarding site and
construction, Safety, Security, Environment, Schedule, Quality control, cost
etc.
 To check that Sub-contractors compile and maintain updated construction
documents, procedures, plans and pertinent information related to site
work.
 To control the work performed by the Sub- contractor and check its
progress.
 To evaluate equipment performance to suggest modification/ available new
technology to reduce overhaul construction and maintenance cost and
participate in performing condition monitoring of rotating equipment and
advise on the modification schedule based on analysis and interface and
coordinate with other section in sorting out equipment maintenance activities.
 Submission of the daily, weekly and the monthly progress report and
preparation of the project time schedule.
 Planning with reference dispatch schedule, front availability.
 To Guide Sub-contractor and their Supervisor/Foreman etc. for Fabrication
and installation.
 Generating punch list and attending the balance mechanical job for
mechanical completion (MC)
 Operation and Maintenance of HVAC system Chiller, AHUs, FCUs, Motors,
Pumps & Cooling Towers.
 Cleaning of Cooling Tower Sump, spray Nossel & Fins
 Descaling of condenser of chiller units.
 The fire hydrants, fire monitors, hose reels, post indicator valves (PIV), thrust
blocks and gate valves installation and distance will be design based on the
international codes (NFPA) and project specifications
 Performing the Hydro test of DW line and leak test (gravity test) of drainage
system of AHU Emergency eye wash and sanitary fixture.
  Executing Underground building plumbing work for drinking water line and
sanity fixture.
 Fire Hydrant, Hose rill and Deluge valve system installation monitoring.
 Installation monitoring of Sanitary Fixture all job handling related to MEP.
 Performing Startup and Commissioning with Equipment vendor
 Equipment trouble shooting during operation and maintenance
 All job handling related to MEP.
 Installation of Sprinkler system as per NFPA -30
