ABOUT THE JOB,PARAMEDIC

A paramedic is a position that is responsible for handling and providing

direct medical care to patients in emergencies, providing assistance to
patients at critical times, and improving patient safety by coordinating
with other medical teams. Can provide explanations of the patient's
condition, medical procedures, and treatment plans to patients. As
paramedics, they must have the ability to perform routine maintenance on
the medical equipment they use.
THE KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
POSITION ARE ABLE TO:
Respond to emergency calls quickly and accurately.
Evaluate the condition of the patient.
Observing the situation, evaluating the condition of the patient, and
determining the necessary action

Providing medical care

Provide emergency medical care in accordance with established medical
protocols.
Providing immediate medical care to the patient, including assessment and
monitoring of vital conditions, providing respiratory assistance, injury
management, and other medical emergency measures

Determine the necessary action.

Manage the patient's pain and give the medication properly in accordance
with the established protocols.
Stabilize patients with hemorrhoids before transporting them to a medical
facility.
Transfer the patient safely and carefully to an ambulance or other medical
vehicle.
Ensure patients remain stable during transportation and provide continuous
care as needed.
THE KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
POSITION ARE ABLE TO:

Communicate with the medical team.

Communicate with the medical team and the hospital target to ensure proper
preparation and a smooth transfer.
Accurately record medical information related to patient assessment, action
taken, and response to treatment.
Fill out medical forms and documents in accordance with applicable
standards and policies.
Reporting important information to the medical officer or nurse at the
destination hospital
THE BACKGROUND, EDUCATION AND WORK
EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS JOB ARE:

PARAMEDIC
Co : PMC
Bachelor (S1) in Medicine or a paramedic program.
Working experience of at least 2 years in emergency medical principles, patient
assessment, and emergency management
Have a valid paramedic certification.
Administrative ability in the provision of medical care
Technical ability in the provision of medical care, including skills in the use of
medical equipment and invasive procedures.
Good communication skills and the ability to operate effectively under high
pressure
Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Have a high level of empathy, care, and courage in dealing with emergencies.
