Lead and guide analytical team in biosimilars development and validation activities. Guide and support
biotechnology R&D team to resolve problems in the approval of Biosimilars by providing robust in-house solutions
and scientific justifications to regulatory challenges and cost-effective remedies for Quality control. Perform non-
clinical studies for two biosimilars as well as streamline technology transfer projects for multiple products by
partnering with third-party labs. Direct critical review of dossiers and technical due diligence for in-licensing
assessment for seven biosimilars and one vaccine product for CDMO while serving as a Subject Matter Expert.
Cooperate with business development and tech-transfer team to identify two new product pipelines and one new
vaccine project costing.
● Strengthened cross-functional relationships with QC and production team for in-process monitoring
support, resulting in enhancing productivity by two-folds and decreasing cost by 55%.
● Raised productivity by 1.8 folds in analytical development and validation requirements for chemistry-
based methods, including HPLC and Spectrophotometry and tech-transfer to QC for an in-house generic
product via design (QbD) and critical risk assessment.
