MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

Commission Sharing Agreement

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This agreement is entered into by and between:
MICHAEL AGUILA REBULLIDA of legal age with address at PASIG CITY, METRO MANILA
representing the “BUYER’S BROKERS/ AGENTS”.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The “SELLERS BROKERS/ AGENTS" should present a notarized Authority to Sell (ATS) before
the “BUYER’S BROKERS/ AGENTS” register complete details of the BUYER (S). The
“SELLER’S BROKERS/ AGENTS" should also present all pertinent documents regarding the
property for sell.
2. Fifty-fifty (50-50) commission sharing regardless of how many “BROKER’S/ AGENTS”
represent BUYER(S) or SELLER(S).
3. If there is any markup beyond the approved percent of commission the excess amount can be split
in mutual agreed percentage which can be discuss later.
4. Commissions will be released depending on the mode of SALE has been consummated.
5. In case of disputes regarding commission sharing, it should be settled in the proper court of City
of Balanga, Bataan, Philippines.
